Application Developer – ServiceNow ITSM

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Application Developer with an interest in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of applications that support business processes and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with team members to understand requirements, build solutions, and ensure smooth functionality of applications. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing and developing applications based on business requirements - Support the implementation and customization of ServiceNow ITSM solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration - Participate in troubleshooting and resolving application issues - Perform testing and debugging to ensure application performance and stability - Contribute to discussions for improving system functionality and user experience - Maintain proper documentation for development and support activities - Continuously learn and enhance technical skills to support project needs Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) - Understanding of application development concepts - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Good communication and teamwork abilities - Attention to detail and willingness to learn Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks - Basic understanding of UI/UX principles - Knowledge of databases and data handling concepts Experience: - 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (freshers can also apply) Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (15 years of full-time education) Location: - Pune, India
