Location: Hyderabad, IndiaShift: 2 PM – 11 PM Role Overview: We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Business Support Services team. In this role, you will assist Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders by handling administrative and coordination tasks. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates starting their careers in corporate support functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist Executive Assistants with expense submissions, reconciliation tasks, and travel arrangements Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare travel itineraries Manage service requests and queries through internal ticketing systems Maintain proper documentation and records in designated folders and systems Follow organizational policies related to travel, expenses, and quality standards Support email management for senior leaders during their absence Build and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders Provide backup support during team absences or high workload periods Contribute to updating process documents, SOPs, and training materials Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline (freshers or up to 11 months of relevant experience) Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and within a team Skills & Attributes: Proactive approach and willingness to learn Strong time management and prioritization skills Professional attitude with reliability and accountability What You’ll Gain: Structured training and development opportunities Exposure to corporate operations and leadership support functions Opportunity to grow into roles like Executive Assistant or similar positions
