Analyst I – Cybersecurity Location: Pune / Bengaluru Experience: 0–2 Years Domain: Cybersecurity / Information Security Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field Job Responsibilities: • Support cybersecurity operations and data protection initiatives • Assist in identifying, analyzing, and managing security risks • Monitor systems and investigate security-related alerts and incidents • Perform data discovery and classification activities across platforms • Support cloud and infrastructure security processes • Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and security issues • Work with teams to improve security controls and compliance practices • Create and maintain technical documentation and reports • Participate in regular security reviews and operational discussions Skills Required: • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security principles • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure • Understanding of databases and infrastructure concepts • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills • Strong communication abilities Preferred Skills: • Exposure to SIEM, vulnerability management, or security tools • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, SQL) • Understanding of data protection and compliance concepts • Internship or project exposure in cybersecurity Key Qualities: • Strong attention to detail • Team collaboration mindset • Learning attitude and adaptability • Analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
