Application Deadline: 30 April 2026 Role Overview The Analyst Trainee position is designed for fresh graduates and may be aligned to one of several business areas such as IT Services, Cloud Operations, Digital Workplace Support, or Smart Operations depending on candidate skills and organizational needs. Candidates should be open to working in different locations, technologies, and shifts as required by the business. Key Responsibilities For IT / Smart Operations Track * Work with databases by writing queries and performing CRUD operations * Develop and execute test cases (manual or automated) * Troubleshoot issues and resolve service tickets * Analyze data and identify root causes of problems * Use IT service management and analytics tools effectively * Contribute ideas for innovation and improvement For Multicloud Track * Monitor and manage IT infrastructure and cloud environments * Handle incidents and ensure system availability * Support systems including Windows, networking, storage, and databases * Follow operational procedures and security guidelines * Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement * Work in a 24/7 support environment if required For Digital Workplace Services * Provide technical support to end users * Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues * Log and track support tickets accurately * Collaborate with teams to resolve complex problems * Maintain documentation and knowledge base resources * Deliver strong customer communication and service Skills Required * Communication (written and verbal) * Problem-solving and analytical thinking * Time management * Team collaboration * Critical thinking Eligibility Criteria IT / Smart Operations Track * 2026 graduates from BCA / BSc (CS/IT or related fields) * Minimum 60% in academics (10th, 12th, and graduation) * No active backlogs Multicloud & Digital Workplace Tracks * 2026 graduates from any 3-year undergraduate degree * Minimum 50% in academics * No active backlogs General Requirements * Must be willing to relocate anywhere in India * Must be open to shift-based work * Only candidates residing in India are eligible * Candidates enrolled in full-time postgraduate programs are not eligible Documents Required During Application * Resume (max 2 pages) with passport-size photo During Interview * Academic mark sheets and ID proof During Onboarding * PAN Card (mandatory) * Government ID (Passport or Voter ID) * Documents must match official records for verification Additional Information * Selected candidates will be hired as freshers * Compensation details will be shared during later stages * Night shift allowance and transport support may be provided * The company follows a strict no-payment recruitment policy
