Associate Consultant – IT Location: Pune, India Work Mode: Full-Time Experience: 0–3 Years Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field Role Overview: • Join an IT team supporting manufacturing technology and factory systems • Work on implementation and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and shop-floor applications • Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve manufacturing operations • Gain exposure to enterprise systems and real-world deployment activities Job Responsibilities: • Support implementation and deployment of manufacturing software solutions • Interact with plant teams to understand existing operational workflows • Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders • Assist in documenting current and future process flows • Coordinate with multiple teams during implementation activities • Support deployment, testing, and post-implementation activities • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams • Provide remote or on-site support for operational issues • Assist in maintaining application stability and performance Skills Required: • Basic understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop-floor applications • Understanding of software implementation lifecycle • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Analytical and problem-solving ability Preferred Skills: • Exposure to manufacturing or factory automation systems • Understanding of ERP integration concepts • Knowledge of industrial standards and process workflows • Internship or project experience in IT/manufacturing systems • Ability to work with cross-functional teams Benefits: • Health insurance coverage • Paid time off and employee benefits • Learning and growth opportunities • Exposure to enterprise technology environments Key Qualities: • Team collaboration mindset • Strong communication skills • Adaptability and learning attitude • Ownership and problem-solving approach • Ability to work in dynamic environments 📌 Experience Required: 0–3 Years 📌 Application Deadline: 22 May 2026
