Associate Presales Engineer Location: Pune, India Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 0–2 Years Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field Role Overview: • Join an early-career technical consulting and pre-sales team • Support customer engagement activities and technical solution discussions • Work closely with sales, solution engineers, and customers • Gain experience in cloud performance, networking, and security technologies Job Responsibilities: • Assist teams during product demonstrations and customer evaluations • Support proof-of-concept (PoC) setup and technical testing activities • Help prepare presentations, technical documents, and customer materials • Analyze websites, traffic behavior, and performance indicators • Support creation of customer reports and technical summaries • Collaborate with engineers to understand customer requirements • Assist with performance analysis and security-related investigations • Participate in technical projects and process improvement initiatives • Support troubleshooting and customer success activities Skills Required: • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, web technologies) • Basic knowledge of operating systems and cloud environments • Understanding of information security concepts and practices • Analytical and troubleshooting skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly Preferred Skills: • Exposure to networking tools or packet analysis concepts • Understanding of web security and infrastructure technologies • Internship or technical support experience • Knowledge of Linux or cloud platforms • Interest in web performance and cybersecurity topics Key Qualities: • Strong problem-solving mindset • Customer-focused attitude • Team collaboration skills • Quick learning ability • Confidence in technical discussions • Ability to work in dynamic environments 📌 Experience Required: 0–2 Years 📌 Work Location: Hybrid setup based in Pune 📌 Internship experience may be considered
