Associate Software Engineer – Gallagher Location: Chandigarh Experience: 1+ Years • Analyze business and technical requirements • Develop and maintain web applications using .NET technologies • Write clean and efficient code individually and within teams • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Create technical documentation and user guides • Work in Agile and Scrum development environments • Troubleshoot and debug application issues • Participate in project meetings and follow development processes Required Skills: • Bachelor’s/MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science or related field • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle • Experience with C# .NET Core, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns • Experience writing SQL scripts using T-SQL or PL/SQL • Understanding of responsive web design and web security practices • Good debugging and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Bootstrap, Oracle, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, or DNN • Experience working with distributed teams • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Benefits: • Medical and life insurance • Provident fund and pension benefits • Wellness and training programs • Paid leaves including maternity and paternity leave About Company: Gallagher is a global insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting services company operating across multiple countries.
