Job Description

Associate Systems Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience: 1–3 Years Domain: Cloud / SaaS Operations Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field Job Responsibilities: • Support cloud-hosted platform operations and ensure system availability • Assist in managing cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and security services • Work with containerized environments and orchestration platforms • Support deployment activities and scheduled maintenance tasks • Troubleshoot production and infrastructure-related issues • Assist with database support and monitoring activities • Collaborate with engineering teams on platform improvements • Maintain technical documents, runbooks, and operational processes • Support system reliability and continuous improvement initiatives Skills Required: • Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services • Kubernetes and container platform exposure • Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) • Knowledge of cloud operations and infrastructure concepts • Understanding of databases and application support • Basic knowledge of Java applications preferred Preferred Skills: • Exposure to SaaS platform operations • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts • Understanding of monitoring and troubleshooting practices • Familiarity with cloud security fundamentals Key Qualities: • Strong problem-solving mindset • Good communication skills • Team collaboration ability • Quick learning attitude • Analytical thinking and adaptability
