Job Description • Capco is hiring ATP – Production Support professionals to support banking and trading application platforms. The role involves working with AWS, Python, and SQL technologies while providing production support, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates will work in a hybrid environment with rotational shifts supporting enterprise applications. Roles and Responsibilities • Provide production support for banking and trading applications. • Monitor application health and resolve production incidents. • Troubleshoot application and cloud platform issues. • Support AWS-based application environments. • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python. • Execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability. • Communicate with stakeholders regarding production issues and resolutions. • Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents. • Follow production support processes and operational best practices. • Prepare technical documentation and incident reports. • Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.
