Job Description • CSG is seeking a Software Development Engineer I to build, enhance, and support engineering solutions that improve operational efficiency and internal platforms. • The role involves developing integrations, workflow automation solutions, and software applications across enterprise systems. • Candidates will gain hands-on experience across the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. • The position offers opportunities to work with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, API integrations, and automation platforms while collaborating with experienced engineers and architects. Roles and Responsibilities • Develop and deliver software features and enhancements throughout the application lifecycle. • Build, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and services. • Implement REST API integrations between enterprise platforms and internal systems. • Contribute to workflow automation and system integration initiatives. • Support data migration processes including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities. • Create scripts and validation mechanisms to maintain data consistency across systems. • Develop solutions using C#/.NET and related technologies. • Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment activities. • Support web applications, backend services, and integration platforms. • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms for applications and services. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and system incidents. • Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures. • Participate in design discussions, effort estimations, and technical reviews. • Collaborate with architects, product owners, operations teams, and support teams. • Share technical knowledge through documentation, demonstrations, and cross-training sessions.
