Summary: We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you will act as a key technical leader, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions aligned with business goals. You will be responsible for guiding development efforts, ensuring best practices, and contributing to strategic technical decisions while mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications - Act as the primary point of contact for technical decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions - Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business needs - Provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges - Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery - Conduct regular team discussions to track progress and resolve issues - Mentor and support junior developers in skill development Required Skills: - Strong experience with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service - Solid understanding of cloud computing and architecture principles - Hands-on experience in application design and development - Knowledge of API integration and management - Understanding of application security best practices Preferred Skills: - Experience working in distributed or large-scale enterprise systems - Familiarity with modern DevOps practices Experience - Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience Location - Pune, India Education - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (15 years of full-time education)
