We are looking for a Customer Service New Associate to join the Retirement Solutions team. In this role, you will support operational and administrative activities related to client servicing, data management, and retirement plan processes. The position involves working on data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy of financial and client data, and supporting client service teams in delivering efficient and timely solutions. Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day customer service and operational support to clients - Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance in systems and databases - Handle retirement plan-related processes such as contributions, withdrawals, and record updates - Assist in resolving client queries and service requests end-to-end - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with process guidelines - Support plan administration activities including reporting, audits, and updates - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations - Ensure high attention to detail while handling sensitive financial data Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (Commerce or related field preferred) - 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply) - Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) - Good typing speed and attention to detail - Working knowledge of MS Excel - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to work in US shifts (as per business requirements) Preferred Skills - Basic understanding of retirement services or financial operations - Knowledge of data handling and record management - Exposure to client servicing or back-office operations
