Job Description • Deloitte is hiring Associate Analysts for its Cloud Infrastructure team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on monitoring operational systems, managing incidents, supporting service delivery, and ensuring adherence to operational processes in a 24x7 support environment. Candidates will work closely with internal teams to maintain service reliability and support cloud infrastructure operations. Roles and Responsibilities • Monitor ServiceNow dashboards and operational monitoring tools. • Track, record, and manage incidents, alerts, and service requests. • Follow standard operating procedures and escalation processes. • Ensure compliance with defined service level agreements (SLAs). • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational incidents. • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolution activities. • Prepare operational reports and status updates. • Support shift handovers to ensure uninterrupted operations. • Escalate critical issues according to established procedures. • Provide 24x7 operational support through rotational shifts. • Contribute to service continuity and operational efficiency. • Follow organizational standards and support continuous process improvement. Eligibility Criteria • B.Sc. or B.A. degree from a recognized institution. • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in BPO, Service Desk, Monitoring, or Operations Support. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office. • Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
