Job Description • GE Vernova is hiring fresh graduates for its two-year Digital Technology Development Program (DTDP), designed to build future technology leaders through challenging rotational assignments. • The program provides hands-on experience across Digital Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Engineering, Product Management, and Analytics while working alongside global technology experts. • Participants receive structured technical training, leadership development, business exposure, and opportunities to contribute to high-impact digital transformation projects. Roles and Responsibilities • Participate in a structured two-year technology leadership development program. • Complete four six-month rotational assignments across multiple technology domains. • Work on real-world software engineering and digital transformation projects. • Collaborate with global engineering and technology teams. • Support AI, Data Science, Cloud, Cyber Security, and Engineering initiatives. • Apply software development best practices to deliver scalable solutions. • Participate in technical training, leadership development, and business learning sessions. • Contribute to project planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Build innovative technology solutions aligned with business objectives. • Develop strong technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
