Job Description • Salesforce is hiring Graduate Builders to join its Futureforce University Recruiting Program. In this role, you will work directly with customer-facing teams to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered Agentic solutions for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, leverage cutting-edge AI tools, and contribute to production-ready AI applications from day one. Roles and Responsibilities • Design and develop AI agents using the Agentforce platform. • Build AI-powered enterprise solutions for customers across India and ASEAN. • Design prompts, reasoning workflows, and agent architectures using LLM technologies. • Develop scalable applications using JavaScript, Python, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Apex. • Collaborate with cross-functional Builder Pods to design, build, debug, and deploy applications. • Partner with customers to understand business challenges and deliver AI solutions. • Test, debug, optimize, and deploy production-ready software. • Utilize AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce AI coding tools. • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. • Continuously improve technical, AI, and customer-facing skills through mentorship and training. Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline. • Fresh graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of experience are eligible. • Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering. • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, JavaScript, OOP, and Apex. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel 25–50% for customer engagements.
