Job Description • Johnson Controls is looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee to join its Full Stack Development team. The role involves developing responsive web applications, building scalable backend services, integrating front-end and back-end systems, supporting cloud deployments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles and Responsibilities • Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. • Build scalable backend services using Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET. • Design and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases. • Integrate frontend and backend components using RESTful APIs. • Implement microservices architecture. • Debug and resolve application issues across the technology stack. • Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment. • Support cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Monitor application performance and scalability. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies. Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 1+ year of relevant experience. • Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development technologies. • Good understanding of databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
