Job Description • The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for monitoring Oracle databases, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) jobs, and Google Cloud Platform services. The role involves production support, batch job monitoring, performance tracking, issue reporting, and ensuring smooth execution of enterprise applications in a 24/7 operational environment. Roles and Responsibilities • Monitor Oracle database health, availability, alerts, and lock management. • Administer Oracle Concurrent Managers and monitor workloads. • Schedule and monitor concurrent programs and batch jobs. • Coordinate workflow execution with business teams. • Monitor system queues and report performance status. • Process ADRP requests and ensure timely completion. • Monitor ODI Load Plans and Package executions. • Execute ODI packages manually when required. • Restart failed Load Plans and report execution issues. • Monitor Airflow workflows and Google Cloud Platform services. • Monitor Cloud Run, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, and Compute Engine. • Track CPU, memory, and disk utilization. • Prepare operational status reports for management. • Support production operations in rotational shifts. Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. • Basic knowledge of Oracle Applications 11i ERP Administration. • Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. • Basic understanding of PostgreSQL and Java. • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Google Apps Script. • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts. • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
