Roles and Responsibilities • Monitor servers, networks, applications, and cloud infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools. • Identify, log, and track alerts and incidents in real time. • Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of operational issues. • Escalate incidents to appropriate support teams based on defined procedures. • Support major incident coordination activities when required. • Maintain accurate ticket updates within ServiceNow and related systems. • Assist in conducting daily operational health checks. • Prepare and maintain operational reports and status updates. • Follow ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management. • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and support teams to resolve issues. • Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and operational activities. • Contribute to maintaining service reliability and operational efficiency. • Participate in rotational shifts within a 24x7 support environment.
