Job Description • Tata Communications is hiring Jr Team Members for its IT Operations & Infrastructure team. In this role, you will support day-to-day IT operations, assist with infrastructure installations, provide end-user support, ensure SLA compliance, and contribute to maintaining efficient IT services under the guidance of experienced professionals. Roles and Responsibilities • Assist in installation and implementation of IT infrastructure components. • Perform routine IT operations and maintenance activities. • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved and maintained. • Provide day-to-day technical support to end users. • Resolve user issues related to IT systems and infrastructure. • Support helpdesk operations and service request fulfillment. • Participate in incident and change management activities. • Monitor operational activities and report issues when required. • Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality. • Follow organizational IT policies and operational procedures. Eligibility Criteria • Graduate or equivalent qualification. • 0–2 years of experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure Support. • Basic understanding of helpdesk operations and IT support processes. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
