Job Description • Medpace is hiring Entry Level Software QA Test Engineers (Validation Engineers) to support software quality assurance activities for enterprise applications. The role involves performing manual and exploratory testing, creating test documentation, identifying software defects, collaborating with developers and end users, and ensuring software meets business and regulatory requirements. Roles and Responsibilities • Perform manual, exploratory, and automated software testing. • Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test documentation. • Work closely with developers and end users throughout the software development lifecycle. • Identify, document, and report software defects. • Review and analyze software requirements to ensure complete test coverage. • Participate in peer reviews of test cases and testing artifacts. • Support end users during acceptance testing activities. • Verify software functionality and ensure application quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve software issues. • Maintain high software quality standards throughout development.
