Job Description • RTX Collins Aerospace is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees to develop, enhance, and maintain mission-critical embedded software platforms. • The role involves working with agile engineering teams on embedded software development, verification, debugging, software configuration management, and aerospace technology solutions. • Candidates will contribute to software verification, embedded systems development, and engineering process improvements while learning from experienced aerospace professionals. Roles and Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and maintain mission-critical embedded software. • Work as an individual contributor within Agile sprint teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional development teams. • Participate in software verification and validation activities. • Debug software issues and support system-level testing. • Contribute to software configuration management processes. • Work with embedded development tools and debugging utilities. • Support device driver verification and embedded platform development. • Identify technical problems and contribute innovative solutions. • Maintain technical documentation and engineering best practices. • Promote teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning. Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor's Degree in STEM disciplines. • Fresh graduates and candidates with less than 2 years of relevant experience can apply. • Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals. • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in collaborative Agile environments.
