Job Description • Siemens Healthineers is hiring Software Trainee Engineers to work on a cloud-based oncology SaaS platform deployed on AWS and used by cancer patients, clinicians, and healthcare providers. • The role offers hands-on experience across frontend and backend development, cloud technologies, DevOps, software testing, AI-assisted development, and Agile software delivery while contributing to real-world healthcare products. • This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in software engineering and cloud application development. Roles and Responsibilities • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software features. • Develop frontend, backend, and API components. • Create and execute software test cases. • Participate in code reviews and Agile development activities. • Learn and use AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity. • Gain exposure to AWS cloud technologies and SaaS architecture. • Support CI/CD deployments using GitLab. • Monitor applications using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Pendo. • Troubleshoot application issues and support operational activities. • Follow software engineering best practices under senior mentorship.
