Software Engineer I – DevSecOps / Cloud Security Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Experience: 0–3 Years Domain: DevSecOps / Cloud Security / SaaS Engineering Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field Role Overview: • Join a cloud and software engineering team focused on secure application delivery • Work with development, QA, and security teams to integrate security practices into software workflows • Contribute to secure development processes and cloud-based application environments • Support automation and security improvements across product platforms Job Responsibilities: • Support implementation of security practices within software development pipelines • Collaborate with teams to strengthen security during application development and deployment • Assist in identifying and addressing vulnerabilities across systems and applications • Participate in building and maintaining secure CI/CD workflows • Help improve infrastructure security and automation processes • Contribute to policy-based controls and secure configuration practices • Support vulnerability monitoring and remediation activities • Work with containerized environments and cloud-based systems • Participate in Agile development and DevOps processes • Assist with automation and scripting for security-related tasks Skills Required: • Understanding of DevSecOps concepts and secure software development practices • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or container platforms • Understanding of software security fundamentals and common application risks • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud security principles • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and automation concepts • Programming or scripting skills in Python, Shell, or related languages Preferred Skills: • Exposure to security analysis and code scanning tools • Knowledge of secret management and access control solutions • Understanding of vulnerability assessment concepts • Familiarity with cloud monitoring and security services • Experience with Git-based workflows and deployment automation tools • Internship or academic project exposure in DevOps, cloud, or security domains Key Qualities: • Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset • Interest in cloud and cybersecurity technologies • Team collaboration skills • Ability to learn quickly in evolving environments • Attention to detail and ownership mindset • Strong communication and problem-solving ability 📌 Experience Required: 0–3 years (internships and academic projects may be considered) 📌 Job Posted: 18 May 2026
