Job Location New Delhi, India Employment Type Full-Time Internship (6 Months) Role Summary This internship is designed as a hands-on, outcome-based program where selected candidates will work on real-world projects. Interns will be part of an Agile development team and will contribute to building and enhancing internal technology platforms using modern tools, including AI and software engineering frameworks. Candidates may be aligned to one of the following tracks based on performance and interest: Software Engineering Quality Assurance (QA) Internship Tracks 1. Software Engineering Track * Design and develop end-to-end software solutions * Work on projects involving AI, Generative AI, or intelligent systems * Collaborate with teams to build scalable applications * Participate in coding, testing, and deployment activities 2. Quality Assurance Track * Create and execute test strategies for applications * Perform functional, manual, and automated testing * Work on validating AI-based and intelligent systems * Identify defects and ensure product quality Key Responsibilities For Software Engineering Role * Develop, test, and maintain software components * Work with technologies such as .NET, C#, SQL, and modern frontend frameworks * Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code * Perform unit testing and ensure quality delivery * Research and adopt new technologies For Quality Assurance Role * Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases * Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing * Contribute to automation frameworks * Validate system performance and reliability * Collaborate with developers to improve product quality Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field * Strong understanding of **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) * Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, C#, or Python * Basic understanding of SQL and databases * Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) * Interest or exposure to Machine Learning / AI concepts (preferred) Skills Required * Problem-solving and analytical thinking * Strong coding fundamentals * Good communication and teamwork * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies * Attention to detail and quality Work Environment * Agile/Scrum-based development environment * Collaborative and fast-paced team culture * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies Key Highlights * Work on real-world enterprise projects * Exposure to AI, Generative AI, and modern development practices * Learn from experienced professionals * Build strong technical and professional skills
