System Support / Junior Developer – Davies Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Onsite • Provide technical support and troubleshoot system-related issues • Maintain and support business systems and applications • Collaborate with teams to resolve technical problems • Prepare and maintain system documentation • Support implementation and integration of new applications • Perform data correction, validation, and quality checks • Manage SFTP workflows and file transfers • Generate and analyze operational and month-end reports • Handle help desk tickets and user access management • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements • Ensure system security and data integrity • Provide user training and application support Required Skills: • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field • Knowledge of system support and administration • Understanding of troubleshooting and monitoring techniques • Good communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills • Familiarity with support tools and enterprise applications About Company: Davies Group is a professional services and technology company serving insurance, financial services, and highly regulated industries globally.
