Job Description • Konecranes is hiring Trainee – RPA / AI professionals to join its Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). • The role offers hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and enterprise digital transformation projects while working alongside experienced professionals. Roles and Responsibilities • Develop automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere. • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. • Assist in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining automation workflows. • Support AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science initiatives. • Work with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications for system integration. • Contribute to AI-powered chatbots, document processing, and predictive models. • Perform data preparation and analysis for ML projects. • Create technical and process documentation. • Troubleshoot automation and AI solutions. • Follow organizational standards and automation best practices. Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, E&TC, or related disciplines. • 0–1 year of experience (Freshers with projects or internships can apply). • Exposure to RPA, AI, ML, or Data Science projects. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills • UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere. • Python programming. • Power BI or Tableau. • SQL Server or MySQL. • Git and Azure DevOps. • Microsoft Power Platform. • AI/ML or RPA certifications. • Participation in hackathons or automation projects.
