Job Description • PTC is hiring Product Analysts to provide technical support for its Windchill PLM platform. The role involves troubleshooting customer issues, supporting product installations and configurations, collaborating with R&D and QA teams, documenting technical solutions, and contributing to the PTC Knowledge Base while ensuring excellent customer support. Roles and Responsibilities • Provide technical support for Windchill PLM installation, configuration, and functionality issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported product issues. • Reproduce customer issues through software configuration and testing. • Investigate technical problems and coordinate with R&D and QA teams for resolution. • Communicate solutions and updates to customers professionally. • Create and maintain technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles. • Develop expertise in Windchill products and troubleshooting methodologies. • Assist in creating technical training materials and documentation. • Collaborate with global support teams to deliver customer solutions. • Mentor team members and contribute to technical support improvement initiatives. Eligibility Criteria • BE / BTech / ME / MTech in Computer Science, IT, E&TC, or related discipline, or MCA / MCS. • 0–2 years of experience supporting Windchill users or administering Windchill applications. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a customer-focused environment. Preferred Skills • Experience with Windchill PLM. • Oracle Certified Java Programmer (OCJP) certification. • Oracle DBA certification. • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts. • Technical documentation experience. • Customer support and issue resolution skills.
