Junior DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Junior DevOps Engineer Location: Mumbai, India Job Type: Full-Time | On-site • Support cloud infrastructure mainly on Azure and partially on AWS • Assist in maintaining servers, containers, and networking basics • Help manage infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform or ARM • Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI • Troubleshoot deployment and pipeline issues • Automate routine tasks using Bash, Python, or PowerShell • Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts • Participate in incident handling and operational support • Follow security best practices for deployments and access management • Work closely with DevOps and development teams • Maintain technical documentation and runbooks • Continuously learn cloud and DevOps technologies Required Skills: • Basic Linux and networking knowledge • Understanding of cloud concepts (Azure/AWS) • Familiarity with Git and version control • Basic scripting knowledge in Bash or Python • Exposure to CI/CD tools • Good communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: • Docker or Kubernetes knowledge • Exposure to Terraform or other IaC tools • Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK • Understanding of application deployment processes
