Data Analytics Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analytics Analyst who is passionate about exploring data and transforming it into meaningful insights to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will design and develop data visualization dashboards, perform data analysis, and support data-driven decision-making using modern analytics tools. The role involves working with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar tools to create interactive dashboards and reports. The candidate will also perform data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation using ETL concepts and tools like Alteryx. A strong understanding of Excel, including advanced functions, is essential for analyzing and interpreting data. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop analytical solutions, and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities also include contributing to process improvements, maintaining project documentation, and supporting testing and deployment of dashboards. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of data analysis concepts, basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with UI/UX principles for effective dashboard design. Knowledge of statistics, machine learning basics, and agile development practices will be an added advantage. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role. The candidate should be adaptable, able to work under tight deadlines, and capable of handling dynamic business environments.
