DRDO DIPAS Paid Internship 2026 Delhi & Haldwani | 6-Month Internship | Final Year Engineering Students About the Internship • Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS), under DRDO, Ministry of Defence, is offering paid internship opportunities for final-year engineering students. • The internship provides practical exposure to defence research, engineering applications, and advanced technology projects. Internship Duration & Stipend • Duration: 6 Months • Tentative Start Date: 1 July 2026 • Total Stipend: ₹30,000 • ₹15,000 after completion of 3 months • ₹15,000 after completion of 6 months • Minimum attendance requirement: 15 days per month Available Disciplines & Vacancies • Mechanical Engineering ◦ Delhi – 2 Vacancies ◦ Haldwani – 1 Vacancy • Computer Science Engineering ◦ Delhi – 1 Vacancy • Electronics Engineering ◦ Delhi – 1 Vacancy ◦ Haldwani – 1 Vacancy • Electrical Engineering ◦ Haldwani – 2 Vacancies Eligibility Criteria • Candidates must be pursuing final year B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech during academic year 2026–27 • Students with active backlogs are not eligible • Referral or sponsorship letter from college is mandatory • Selected candidates must submit Police Verification Certificate and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the college Internship Responsibilities • Work on research-oriented technical assignments under DRDO scientists and engineers • Support engineering and technology-related project activities • Participate in development, testing, analysis, and documentation tasks • Gain exposure to defence research and advanced laboratory environments Important Notes • Internship certificate will be issued only after successful completion of 6 months • Internship does not guarantee future employment in DRDO • Accommodation, transport, food, and medical expenses must be managed by candidates Official Notification Click on Apply button to see the official notification and apply link Official Website [https://www.drdo.gov.in]
