The role involves troubleshooting security and application issues, incident response, escalation management, and ensuring SLA compliance. Key Responsibilities • Take ownership of customer-reported cybersecurity and system issues. • Troubleshoot and diagnose system or application problems. • Research issues and identify appropriate technical solutions. • Support cybersecurity operations and network security activities. • Handle security incidents and coordinate appropriate responses. • Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint security-related issues. • Follow established procedures for escalating unresolved incidents. • Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution. • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved. • Provide timely updates to customers regarding incidents and resolutions. • Maintain awareness of the latest cybersecurity technologies and practices. • Work effectively in a 24x7 operational environment.
