Job Description • Join the Service Desk team to provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure issues. • Support employees with system installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational assistance while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Roles and Responsibilities • Respond to and resolve user support requests. • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and computer peripherals. • Install and upgrade operating systems and software applications. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Configure and support DHCP, DNS, and related network services. • Monitor server environments and assist in infrastructure support activities. • Escalate complex issues to vendors and specialized support teams. • Support system maintenance and operational activities. • Provide basic user training and technical guidance. • Maintain service support documentation and incident records. Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 0–2 years of experience. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Understanding of Windows operating systems. • Ability to work in rotational shifts from the office. • Immediate joiners preferred.
