Software Engineer (24/25 Grads – Golang) Company: Visa Location: Bengaluru, India Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Job Overview: • Work on scalable payment and financial technology solutions • Develop backend applications using Golang or Java • Build secure, reliable, and high-performance microservices • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on technical solutions • Contribute to cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain applications using Golang or Java • Design and implement scalable microservices architectures • Work with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge • Use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management • Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality • Monitor application health using logs, metrics, and alerts • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Support continuous improvement and engineering best practices • Collaborate with teams on feature planning and solution design • Contribute to system reliability, observability, and performance optimization Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • Knowledge of Golang or Java programming • Understanding of microservices and backend development concepts • Familiarity with AWS or cloud platforms • Knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools • Understanding of Agile development methodologies • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Understanding of databases and data modeling concepts Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of Jenkins, ArgoCD, Git, CodeFresh, or Artifactory • Understanding of distributed systems and concurrency concepts • Familiarity with monitoring and observability practices • Exposure to financial technology or payment systems • Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) Experience Required: • Freshers to 2 years of experience • 2024 and 2025 graduates eligible
