Job Description • Volvo Group is inviting applications for its Graduate Apprentice Trainee program under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The one-year apprenticeship provides structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to modern technologies and industry practices. Selected candidates will gain practical experience while working with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. Roles and Responsibilities • Participate in structured on-the-job training under the NATS program. • Learn industry-standard tools, technologies, and engineering practices. • Work with mentors to develop technical and professional skills. • Support assigned engineering and business projects. • Gain hands-on experience in modern applications and development processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project activities. • Learn organizational work culture, ethics, and professional practices. • Enhance technical skills through practical assignments. • Follow company guidelines and quality standards during training. • Contribute to continuous learning and process improvement initiatives. • Develop strong communication and teamwork skills. • Complete apprenticeship objectives within the one-year training period. Eligibility Criteria • B.E. / B.Tech graduates from the specified engineering disciplines. • Graduation year must be 2023, 2024, or 2025. • Minimum 65% marks throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation. • Basic knowledge of Python is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. • Willingness to work from the office five days a week. • Candidates must be eligible for the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
