🔹 Trainee – Associate Software Maintenance Engineer 🔹 Pune | Full-Time Apprenticeship | Freshers (2025/2026 Graduates) 🔹 About the Role • We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated engineering graduates to join a Software Maintenance Engineering apprenticeship program. • This opportunity provides hands-on experience in platform stability, software quality improvement, troubleshooting, automation, and open-source technologies. • Candidates will work closely with experienced engineering teams and gain practical exposure to enterprise software environments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Investigate and troubleshoot software and platform-related issues • Assist in creating and maintaining automated test cases and testing frameworks • Support debugging and resolution of real-world customer and engineering issues • Collaborate with development and quality engineering teams to improve product stability • Utilize modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD workflows • Contribute to clean, maintainable, and efficient code development • Participate in Agile workflows, engineering discussions, and team collaboration activities • Work with containerized and cloud-native environments under mentorship 🔹 Required Qualifications • Recent graduate (2025/2026) with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Science, or related fields • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Go, Golang, Python, or Bash • Understanding of Linux fundamentals, networking, and storage concepts • Familiarity with Git workflows and software development practices • Basic understanding of containers, Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud concepts • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Good verbal and written communication abilities • Self-motivated mindset with willingness to learn and adapt 🔹 Preferred Skills • Exposure to AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Docker • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools • Knowledge of SQL, debugging, monitoring, or observability tools • Open-source contributions or related certifications are an added advantage 🔹 What You’ll Gain • Hands-on industry experience with enterprise software technologies • Exposure to Linux, cloud-native platforms, and open-source ecosystems • Mentorship from experienced engineering professionals • Opportunity to develop real-world troubleshooting and automation skills • Potential career growth opportunities based on performance during the program
