Company Name: London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: On-site / Shift-based (including night & weekend support) Experience Required: 1–4 years (Entry to mid-level) Salary (Estimated): ₹6 LPA – ₹15 LPA (approx., based on experience) Education Required: B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, or related field) Skills Required: - Knowledge of UNIX / Linux systems - Scripting skills (Shell scripting preferred) - Exposure to DevOps tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible) - Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, VPC, etc.) - Understanding of SQL / Oracle Database - Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog/Splunk is a plus) - Knowledge of networking and troubleshooting - Experience with version control systems - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills Job Role & Responsibilities: - Provide application support for production, pre-production, and test environments - Investigate issues, resolve incidents, and support application releases - Monitor systems and handle incidents using tools like ServiceNow - Perform bug fixes, improvements, and performance tuning - Coordinate deployments and release processes - Maintain documentation and update system changes - Configure monitoring and logging tools for applications - Provide on-call and out-of-hours support when required - Collaborate with development and business teams - Participate in system maintenance, upgrades, and disaster recovery activities About Company: LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is a global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
